How to set up a dog food subscription

Doghouse offers a whopping 10% off DOGFOOD when you subscribe plus free delivery. Here's a handy guide to help you get set up and keep your dog's mealtimes simple and fuss free.

1. First things first, lets choose some DOGFOOD!

Head over to our DOGFOOD page and choose a flavour that suits your pup. We have two ranges, our classic Grain Free range and our more premium Superfood range (which is also grain free!). We also have different types within these ranges to suit dogs of all ages and sizes. This includes puppy, small breed, adult and senior.

2. Set up a Subscription

Once you've chosen your flavour, choose the size of bag that you'd like delivered each  time, ensure that you've selected Subscribe and Save as the Purchase Type option (as shown below). Choose the frequency from the drop down menu but don't worry if you're not sure, this can be edited at a later stage.

3. Add to cart and checkout

Once in the checkout stage, you can choose how you would like your subscription delivered. We can deliver to your house for free, or if you'd prefer to pop in and say hello, you can Pickup in Store for free in either Bradford on Avon or Clifton Village. We'll even give you a free coffee on-us when you collect your subscription in store!

4. Complete the payment

Pay as usual by clicking the big purple 'Subscribe Now' button at the bottom of the checkout page.

How to Manage a DOGFOOD Subscription

Once you've purchased your dog food, you now need to just do a couple of quick steps (this only needs to be done once) so that you can then edit your subscription as often as you'd like.

5. Head to the Login Page

You then need to head to the login page (log out if you're already logged in!). You will see a button underneath where you would enter your details that says Manage Subscriptions. Click on this and enter your email address that you purchased your subscription with.

6. Manage your Subscriptions

Once you've confirmed your email address, you'll have access to the login subscription portal which will allow you to have full control over your subscription. You can manage  your delivery date, frequency of orders, edit products, edit your delivery address, payment details, cancel your subscription and more. You have full control!

7. Manage Frequency

You can edit the frequency by clicking on Manage this subscription in your account. You can choose any numbers of days, weeks or months for how often you would like your subscription delivered.
