Which dogs need to be brushed then combed daily?
We recommend slicker brushing then combing all high maintenance dogs daily. High maintenance dogs are those that need grooming regularly to prevent matting such as any breed with a thick or curly coat, any with a poodle mix in them too, so... Cockapoos, Cavapoos, Labradoodles, Show Cocker Spaniels etc.

Orders should arrive within 1-2 working days. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail with full end-to-end tracking details and a faster dispatch time.
Next day orders must be placed before 12pm for delivery the day after. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be sent the following Monday.

We use Royal Mail for all UK orders. Our Standard Delivery is £4.95 or free when you spend over £60. Next Day Delivery is £8.95.
International delivery is dependent on where you live - please enter your address at checkout to calculate your postage.
We expect all Standard Delivery items to arrive within 5 days but most will arrive in 2-3 days. We expect all Next Day Delivery items to arrive within 1-3 days.
Our delivery cut off time is 12pm Monday - Friday. Please note all orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday as we do not dispatch parcels on the weekend.
Yes, all orders receive a tracking number emailed to the email address that you ordered with. You can also check your order status in the My Accounts section of our website.
